Start-up support for executives looking for short-term business guidance. This plan is typically selected for strategic ideation for project-based or big-picture overview.

Month One: Weekly sessions Month Two: Bi-weekly sessions Month Three: Single session

Mid-term executive guidance is usually selected for timely turnaround restructures requirements or critical, impactful company-wide improvements, including major project and operational scaling considerations. 

The same session schedule as the 3 Months Plan, and as follows.

Month Four: Bi-weekly sessions Month Five: Single session      Month Six: Single session

The most common coaching plan is chosen due to its ability to fully reach into all aspects of a business’ operation and planning cycles, including a deep dive into the executive’s visionary and tactical integration plans and general foundational disciplines to build upon for consistent growth.

Month Seven: Single Session    Month Eight: Single Session  Month Nine: Bi-weekly Sessions

An Annual Retainer-Based Plan, whereby the executives enjoy on-call session scheduling* for the plan term duration, often with same-day sessions, in addition to periodic scheduled sessions. Designed for the executive determined to achieve elite success through disciplines of focus and active engagement on their individual and business growth and success.

Business advisory sessions are individual one-on-one sessions by the executive coach with the executive by phone or video call, each up to one hour in length. These sessions are scheduled in advance with no less than one week’s notice and confirmation. 

Review Session consists of a recap review of the year’s sessions, goals, strategies, tactics, and individual and overall performance. This unique comprehensive session may be by phone or video call of up to two hours in length.

*On-call sessions are available for Annual Retainer-Based Plans. Executives may schedule as needed up to one On-Call Session per month. These sessions are more often a touchpoint call to bounce ideas or ask for experienced guidance on a full range of considerations to be made. Such calls are usually shorter in length, in most cases no more than 15 to 30 minutes. On-call sessions may require up to two business days to be scheduled during business hours. In the majority of instances, they are scheduled within a few hours of the call request. Unused on-call sessions do not roll forward.
